**TIME: 21:13 ~WARNING~ PERIMETER AND PROXIMITY ALERTS TRIGGERED. SENSORS INDICATE A PANOCEANIAN SHOCK ARMY STRIKE TEAM HAS BREACHED THE DEFENSIVE PATROLS AROUND THE SPACEPORT HANGERS. RECOMMENDING IMMEDIATE REDIRECTION OF LOCAL FORCES TO INTERCEPT.**

**TIME: 21:45 ~BOTH LOCAL KAPU QUALQI AND TARIK’S HEROIC KHAWARIJ ARE UNAVAILABLE FOR TASKING. COMMANDER PATRIK MANSURI, BROTHER TO THE KHAWARIJ AMIR IS NOW ASSIGNED TO PERIMETER DEFENSE WITH ALL AVAILABLE LOCAL FORCES.**

**22:05 ~CONTACT HAS BEEN MADE WITH THE PANOCEANIAN OPFOR. NOW MONITORING ALL AVAILABLE COMS CHANNELS**

-Initiative Roll-
After hastilly conscripting the local guard and winning the Initiative roll, I chose to go first to capitalize on my Mutts in the hopes that they may be able to get up the board and wreck havoc on the attacking forces.

-Deployment-
I quickly set up my Mutts in pairs on both the left and right flanks of the board, supporting them with 4 Halqa Mechanized Infantry on the roof of a building to the left and a Rafiq behind cover supporting the group on the right.

3 Naffatun covered various sections of the rear of our deployment to dissuade any combat dropped troops and both a Tuareg Doctor, Nahab Killer Hacker at the center line ready to counterattack the poor Pano who might be unfortunate enough to get in range.

The Ayyar took position with HoloEchos near the center of my deployment to easily fill gaps when needed and due to a lack of good options on the attacker’s half of the table the Husam known as Yasbir did the same.

**TIME: 22:12 ~CONTRACT HAS BEEN SIGNED WITH A MERC YUAN YUAN WHO OFFERED THEIR SERVICES IN THE DEFENSE OF THE HANGER, MERC DEPLOYING VIA AIRDROP**

-Turn 1: Haqqislam-
First order of the Impetuous Phase has me throwing down my Fat Yuan Yuan near the Naga to try and catch it in smoke for my Mutts to move up. This manouver failed and Yuan Yuan is knocked unconcious by the Naga. In response to this, I now activated both Mutts on the right hand side of the board closest
to the Naga and they both were knocked out in turn with some unlucky smoke dodge rolls. The Mutts on the left side of the board moved up dropping smoke cover as they did to provide a screen for the other units however one is blinded by a pair of hostile Fugazi.

With some smoke layed down to allow me to manouver near the end of my turn, I now diverted my attention to Lt.Helot’s TAG. Taking advantage of the +3 bonus to AD, my Ragiq dropped behind enemy lines to the rear of the Dragao that had taken cover behind a large shipping container. After a shot from the rear a bit of luck, I was able to trade my now crispy Ragik for my opponent’s Dragao.

(Foolishly) Confident with my ability to be able to stop the Dragao from being fixed, I now focused my attention to re-position my troops to react to Lt.Helot’s Turn 1.

**TIME: 22:36 ~CONTRACT PAID TO MERCs NEXT OF KIN. RE-ASSIGNING CUBE RETRIEVAL TEAM TO ACTIVE COMBAT ZONE**

-Turn 1: PanOceania-
Right away the Shock Army Machinist’s palbot made a bee-line for the downed TAG, I was unable to hit it with any AROs and after a nearly botched repair job, the TAG was limping back up to exact revenge on my poor Nahab Hacker and one of my Mutts. With a good portion of the midfield now open, the fireteam hiding on a rooftop now moved down to position itself for objective taking turn 2 while the LT’s Akali Commando finished off the round by immobilizing the Rafik and then scoring EXTRIMIS RECOVERY with one of the downed Mutts.

-Turn 2: Haqqislam-
With our Heroic forces now on the backfoot, I start round 2 by having the Ayyar killing the Naga with a Suprise Shot L2 rifle. Feeling cocky, the Ayyar was then moved up field to try and pick of an exposed member of the Baghmaris fireteam before being laid low by a well placed HMG round. Trying to not lose HIS advantage, the Tuareg Doctor then moved into position forcing the HMG Baghmaris to take cover then eliminated the Akali Commando before it did any
more damage.

With few options remaining, Yasbir now attempted to move forward to position a last ditched counterattack on the next turn.

**TIME: 23:45 ~ESTIMATED COMBAT EFFECTIVENESS AT 55%. RECOMMENDING RE-EVALUATION OF BATTLEFIELD ASSETS**

-Turn 2: PanOceania-
Taking advantage of the momentum gained from his previous turn, Lt.Helot pressed the attack and moved his fireteam up in an attempt to spotlight the waiting Tuareg, how ever after failing several times, the team switched tactics and with a well placed mine and a burst of Combi rifle fire, the Doctor was removed from play. Yasbir was next to be removed under a hail of bullets before the Panoceanian troops dug in.

-Turn 3: Haqqislam-
With my forces in disarray and the hour getting late, I decided to tactically withdraw our remaining Halqa and Naffatun troops from the area before further blood could be shed.

**TIME: 00:12 ~ESTIMATED COMBAT EFFECTIVENESS AT 12%. RECOMMENDING TACTICAL WITHDRAW OF REMAINING FORCES**

-End Game-
After a rocky start, I eventually had to surrender to the superior firepower of the Panoceanian Shock Troops. It seems that even with the prestigious Mansuri name, I am reminded that I am still an inexperienced commander. Further evaluation of available coms logs will be required
to ensure no further failure on my part.

Unfortunately no picture/video data was obtained from our fallen brothers by the recovery teams sent to the area.

A hasty defence is pulled together.
Ragik has the drop on the poor Drago
