I want to submit a formal protest. The Spiral Corps are acting according to their own agenda and are not cooperating with the NA2 command structure. I suspect they are being controlled by Tohaa high command rather than acting in the interests of the Mercenary Companies Authority.

Last night there was an incident that clearly highlights the depths these perfidious aliens are willing to go to to achieve their aims.

My detachment of CISR was attempting to secure our area of the spaceport that holds the unrefined biofuel. We came under fire from a Panoceanian drone strike which ruptured some of the storage tanks we quickly tried to evacuate the area but much to our surprise were immediately set upon by a group of Spiral Corps Operatives. One operative, identified as Neema Saatar, launched a fusillade at my Zhuyong heavy weapons specialist who had been on overwatch, downing him before moving the rest of her forces up to threaten the safe evacuation routes of my force. My bounty hunters fired some long range shots with adhesive ammo in an attempt to de-escalate the situation but to no avail.

Neema and a Brawler in their employ then proceeded to gun down my bikers before they could even lay down some protective smoke. It was then that the leader of the task force realized that this was no case of friendly fire. He realized that our company was being deliberately targeted and reluctantly gave the order to engage hostiles with lethal ammunition.

The remote support Rafiq gunned down a Tagma Schemer near Neema before taking a round itself that required the engineer to fix it. The Haris team of Zhuyongs moved up and drove Neema back into cover. The main team then moved up along the left flank, losing a bounty hunter to a Helot but taking out a brawler and the offending Helot. Sadly they found themselves exposed to the counterassault of the Tohaa.

Neema pushed a Zhuyong back into cover before the Brawler doctor brought the Schemer back (with a stroke of luck apparently). Neema then rounded the corner and killed the poor Zhuyong Lt. and mortally wounding Father Sforza, though not before he put up a heroic fight, wounding Neema and forcing her to fall back.

The Dashat forces, now in disarray, again gunned down the Schemer and another Helot before having a Zhuyong follow up with the HVT. The Hu lang ineffectively lobbed a grenade at Neema forcing her to dodge back into cover.

Suddenly a group of Tohaa burst out of a building and gunned down the remote and engineer before rushing in to pummel them. The last Bounty Hunter was gunned down, as was another Zhuyong, leaving a small holdout of troops in a central building. Valerya Gromoz was able to spotlight an enemy before becoming isolated herself. The Zhuyong with his HMG gunned down their Engineer, a Draal, and the offending Neema before holing up.

Then the area was awash with fuel, forcing the Tohaa to break off, but not before abducting my Engineer for which purposes only Allah knows.

Commander we have to do something about them. And I demand the return of my Engineer!

OOC: Brutal game of Biotechvore. He won by 2 OP due to killing 25 more points than me. Oddly enough, there was only one casualty to the Biotechvore zone, a warcor in his army! Looking forward to a rematch Doc!
