Top of turn 1, the Daiyoukai used an NCO order to move up. My Foxtrot and Veteran Kazak missed their shots, but the Loup-Garous scored a hit, and the Daiyoukai failed both BTS saves. After going NWI, the Karakuri went next, and spent the next few orders taking out the Foxtrot and Loup-Garous, and pushing the Veteran Kazak into total cover. With the Druze fireteam trapped by a mysterious camo marker, the Daiyoukai spent 4 or 5 orders attempting a WIP roll, finally making it on the last order, scoring the Follow-Up classified.

On my turn, AROs took out two of my three Irmandinhos. Van Zant came in, and finished off the Daiyoukai. A few shots at the Karakuri resulted in no damage and a hidden Karakuri. A coordinated order was used to move the Volunteers, Veteran Kazak, and Vassily into a better position; the heavy shotgun Karakuri landed a lucky hit on a volunteer with its D.E.P., and blew him to smithereens. The chasseur managed to put a wound on the shotgun Karakuri, but with 9 effective armor when in cover, decided that waiting for the Karakuri to move up would be the better approach. Meanwhile, the blue Irmandinho was able to hide behind the antenna and approach without harassment, and proceeded to successfully activate it.

"Roger that. Team: Tend to the wounded, call in additional medical support, and get an interrogation squad out here on the double! I want to know what Ikari is up to..."

On turn 2, Ikari activated their engineer to move up the servant bot. Van Zant, from his high vantage point, put a round into the engineer, dropping him. The Mk12 Karakuri proceeded to move up and withstand a hail of shots to put a Mk12 round into the Veteran Kazak, then chain rifled both the chasseur and Vassily. Both failed to dodge, and both failed their armor saves. Vassily went dogged, and during its next activation the Karakuri was destroyed entirely. The Druze fireteam went next, triggering a mine and Uxia's boarding shotgun, which caught four members of the fireteam. Two Druze were lost to the mine, the Tanko and third Druze each took a wound from Uxia, and the Foxtrot downed the Fireteam lead. The Tanko attempted to avenge his teammates, but Uxia put him down with another boarding shotgun blast. The Heavy Shotgun Karakuri moved up to clear the area around the antenna, soaking a number of hits from the Chasseur, Irmandinho, and Foxtrot. It ultimately went dogged as it cleared out all resistance. On its final order, it failed to activate the antenna.

On my turn, Uxia frenzied forward, and knocked the Keisotsu unconscious with her assault pistols. This also put her in position to secure the HVT. Despite being in loss of lieutenant, the Veteran Kazak was able to secure the Tech-Coffin, while the Dog-Warrior was able to reach the antenna. Van Zant finished off the servant bot for good measure, wiping the table clean of Ikari presence.
