Asteroid Blues

I brought a vanilla Ariadna force to square off against thepoorman's Haqqislam. Heavy AROs were the name of the game this time around, with a variety of simple but heavy weapons trained on tiny portions of Haqqislam's beefy link team and limiting thepoorman's use of his fireteam's missile launcher for fear of immediate reprisals. Haqqislam went first, but struggled to activate safely under the watchful eyes of a ratnik, a cateran, a tankhunter and a veteran. Deploying second really paid off for me this time in teens of sightlines, and when my turn finally rolled around my HMG-toting spetznaz took the missile launcher by surprise. As we approached game end, the Unknown Ranger closed into hand to hand and collected a couple extra objective points with his T2 ccw.
An excellent game overall with lots of fun back and forth, but Ariadna maintained control of the field throughout and turned it into a strong win.
