TLDR: DRAW OSS 5 to Ramah 5

Deployment

Ramah wins deployment roll on low numbers from both sides and opts for deployment. OSS chooses to go first. OSS Post-human Mk. 2 sniper deployed on rooftop on their right flank and Dasyu assault hacker near left antenna against the largest scenery building. OSS Netrods manage to land on the table well enough and not in enemy deployment zones. Data trackers designated for the game are Deva hacker for OSS and Namuur for Ramah. Liason officers designated for the game are Post-human Mk. 5 for OSS and Ghulam FO for Ramah.

OSS Turn 1

Post-human Mk. 2 sniper reveals on the rooftop to take shots at the Janissary Missile launcher to open up the OSS right flank. Janissary missile launcher is firing at good range and has 5-man link bonuses so can't be surprised, but still struggling with TO camo and cover from Post-human. Janissary rolling two dice looking for a 10 manages to land an 18 and a 2, quickly looks up in disgust and feels defeated. Post-human Mk. 2 sees that and says "hold my beer". Aiming to roll a 16 after all mods applied the sniper rolls a 19 and a 1, resulting in a single missle hit by the Janissary. Post-human manages to tank 2 of the 3 armor saves and end the order in NWI state.
OSS re-evaluating methods to open the board activates Danavas assault hacker on her rooftop and fires a pitcher within zone of control of Hortlak sniper. This enables her to spend another order to successfully hack the Hortlak with Basilisk, putting the Hortlak in IMM-1 for 2 turns.
OSS uses the Deva hacker to apply Assisted Fire onto the Dakini HMG and the Dakini link team moves out. Dakini link team circling around the left flank of their original deployment to line up a firefight between the assisted Dakini HMG and the now infamous Janissary missile launcher.
Janissary missile launcher fails to land any hits against the assisted Dakini, but makes the stand of a lifetime by tanking 6-7 armor saves after cover bonuses over the course of 4 orders spent on the Dakini HMG to eliminate it. Upon the 5th order for the Dakini to fire at the Janissary Missile launcher (aiming for 17's) the kill is finally acquired.
The Dakini link moves further up their left flank, eliminating the IMM-1 sniper, flash-pulse remote, and HMG TR remote along the way. With little orders remaining the Dakini link attempts to spread out to mitigate AOE damage in any response turn.

Ramah Turn 1

With the Janissary missile launcher and Hortlak sniper removed from the original core fireteam, Ramah moves out with Wild Bill, the Namuur, and Leila Sharif. They've got the Dakini link team in their sights and it's time to test Wild Bill's metal.
First strikes come from the Namuur with her spitfire against the first sighted Dakini with a mere combi-rifle response. She makes short work of her first target before moving on to knock out the OSS CSU and Dakini HMG, taking advantage of the short range band to have dice and range advantages in the fights.
Wild Bill then flanks the Deva hacker and obliterates her with his dual-wield double-action rounds of his multi-pistols, forcing 6 armor saves as she fails her dodge. The Deva hacker (data-tracker for OSS) is eliminated. When the dust clears the entire Dakini link has been destroyed save for the remaining corpse of a combi-rifle Dakini. With only a few orders left the Namuur moves up to the antenna and activates it for Ramah before the link team spreads out and adjusts their facing to cover all angles of approach.

OSS Turn 2

Recognizing the power of the Wild Bill link team and the necessity to neutralize the threat, the post-human Mk. 5 (wounded and currently in NWI) shifts back before leaning out to engage the Namuur, hoping to stay out of range of any template weapons. He manages to win the fight and the shock rounds remove the Namuur from the board.
The next challenge for the post-human Mk. 5 is Wild Bill himself. Wild Bill isn't getting any more bonuses from his link team, but he's no slouch and the post-human has to leave cover around the Dakini corpse to get view of Wild Bill before any shots. The first attempt from OSS is a speculative fire E/M grenade that Wild Bill successfully dodges to move to a closer range band. With only so many orders to work with OSS decides to take the risk with the post-human SMG shock rounds and with luck the SMG rolls a crit and removes Wild Bill from the table.
With Wild Bill gone the post-human moves up to release another SMG volley into Leila Sharif's back to remove her as well. The post-human Mk. 5 flips the antenna over to OSS and positions himself nicely back into cover from the nearby building. With the remaining orders for the turn the post-human Mk. 1 engineer shifts around the OSS left flank with no ARO's from Ramah available, failing to repair the downed Dakini, but successfully approaching the enemy HVT to complete the OSS classified objective: HVT-Retro-engineering.

Ramah Turn 2

With the post-human Mk. 1 engineer exposed the Khawarij stands up to reveal himself and open fire on her with little possible response from OSS. The post-human fails to dodge, but succeeds at an armor save to go NWI and move back. This only delays the inevitable as the next order makes short work of her.
Ramah now forms a new fireteam-core with the Khawarij, a Naffatun, and the Ghulam FO to drop down into the central area near the tech-coffin and flank the post-human Mk. 5 through the building. The Khawarij with link team bonuses and in the active turn manages to knock out the post-human with dice and range advantage as well as a failed dodge by the post-human.
With the post-human threats eliminated and only so many orders to work with left in the game the new Khawarij link team falls back to deep cover to setup for the final turn.

OSS Turn 3

OSS begins turn 3 by using their final command token to transfer the Danavas hacker into order pool 1. With the only order left in order pool 2, the Dasyu assault hacker reveals from hidden deployment to move into base-to-base contact with the antenna on the OSS left flank (now that all the bodies are gone) and controls that antenna for OSS.
The Danavas hacker, now with several orders to work with moves out to cover the objectives on the OSS right flank. After the post-human Mk. 2 sniper knocks out a pesky warcore to eliminate all Ramah ARO's on the right flank the Danavas will have a clear path to the objectives.
The Danavas hacker rounds the corner and activates the final antenna for OSS on the first attempt, now setting her sights on the tech-coffin in the center of the table with little resistance in her path.
With few orders left, the Danavas makes base-to-base contact with the tech-coffin, but has to contend with a lone Monstrucker from Ramah that has sight of the objective with his SMG. The Danavas opts to take shots with her combi-rifle, seeing the opportunity to put the enemy in retreat at the start of their turn as well as mitigate any response from Ramah, but loses the firefight and is removed from the table. This leaves the tech-coffin open for the taking.
OSS spends their final orders of the turn moving a Naga out and into base-to-base contact with the newly activated antenna and lays a monofilament mine next to it for added security. OSS turn 3 ends with OSS controlling and activating both antenna, but the tech-coffin open and unguarded.

Ramah Turn 3

Ramah moves out two of the members of the previously hidden link team to move through the interior of the main building near the tech-coffin, dodging line of sight from any remaining OSS pieces on the board.
With only a narrow width to move through the Ramah duo manages to get into base-to-base contact with the tech-coffin with their FO Ghulam (Liason Officer) and control that for the end of the game with an order or two left to spare.
With the last regular order for Ramah the Naffatun breaks from the duo link to attempt rifle shots at the OSS Dasyu controlling an antenna, but fails to deal damage even though the Dasyu failed a dodge roll. The Naffatun then reveals that it will use its lieutenant order to attempt a light flamethrower drop on the Dasyu, but the Dasyu finally succeeds at dodging the flamethrower and the turn concludes.

Final Scoring

OSS: 5 Victory Points
