Response to informant led intelligence regarding possible Corregidorian incursion into the spaceport to steal valuable cargo.[file:ASwa876].
Mission status: SUCCESS no major casualties.
Agent Hippolyta, on secondment from Steel Phalanx, had been present in the area and had already hacked a Wild Bill Sharpshooter unit to pose as touring Aristeia! team whilst on surveillance in the area.
Known mercenary Señor Massacre [Crime record SMas001-765] observed with a unit of Nomad fighters [ref:Jackals] and a pair of above average build YuanYuans arguing inside a drinking establishment.
An assault followed and a code 215 was transmitted from an undercover agent of the SCS for sergeant Arno Zimmerman and his team to move into the area and secure the cargo.
The brief distraction hoped to be caused by the brawling Ikari had no effect, and the Corregidorians were pinned down by Zimmermans Alpha unit and the crossfire of Epsilon Luca’s rifle, then appended.
Once secured the cargo proved to be nothing but ‘Pez’ dispensers. Validity of informant ASwa will need to be confirmed.
Investigation by the Intelligence Bureau will follow.
Of note the journalist Carmine “Red” Zuigiber was present during the skirmish and has provided footage that, when edited, will be of great use to the Office of political affairs.
