Asteroid Blues

Our force arrived at the location to tamper with communication array in order to have better surveillance over human activity in Novyy Bangkok. However, forces of Aleph were waiting for us at the location with Marut in command. After receiving confirmation from the operator we changed our operational goal to destruction and sabotage since the communication array was compromised.

We deployed Overdrone on the left side to counter Marut. Armed with state of art HRMC and equipped with latest Albedo technology Overdrone was perfect for the task to dismantle Marut. Team of unidrons with nexus operative in command deployed in the middle. The position provided good points of access to observe communication antennas. Malignos sniper and noctifer with missile launcher infiltrated the elevated structure. And malignos killer hacker deployed hidden in the mid-field to counter enemy hackers.
Enemy deployed Marut across the table from overdron with engineers not far away for back up. Few unidentifiable camo objects infiltrated mid-field.

In order for our forces to succeed Marut must be destroyed. With this goal in mind, Overdrone moved into the mid-field without encountering any resistance. Albedo state helped him to take a perfect position and he started putting rounds in the unsuspecting ALEPH TAG. After a while, nothing but smoking wreck remained. Our victory is assured now.
After this, there were only a few orders left to move unidron team in a better position.

Treacherous ALEPH had several surprises even after his aspect was destroyed. Two garudas ambushed our forces from the sides. Unfortunately for them, Chimneys prooved dangerous enough and one of them was damaged in the process. The second garuda tied up Overdron in a position for now.
Other ALEPH operatives moved into better positions and designated several antennas.

It is time to start designating antennas and destroying them. Unidron team moves forward and observing antennas. Sniper is moving towards the corner of the building to provide fire support. Malignos on the roof shots designated antenna and destroys it in three shots. Overdrone moves int better position to avoid being flanked; got shot in the process and suffers two wounds.

Noctifer moves to the edge of his perch and shooting down Proxy Mk.5. Proxy fails to dodge and is obliterated in a rocket blast.
Aleph force is crippled but resists still. Naga assault hacker moves in Overdron's ZoC and tries to possess it. After 5 attempts naga succeeds but there are no more orders to benefit from it. Other operatives designate more antennas (total 3 vs 2 for Onyx)

At the beginning of this round, I cancel Overdron possession immediately.
Malignos KHD leaves his TO camo state and goes to the middle antenna and designates it. Malignos sniper shoots it twice and destroys the second antenna. Team unidron spins on the spot and designate all they can see.

Finally, ALEPH concedes and retreats.
