+++10 minutes ago our surviliance specialists located suspicious signals on Xaraks Battery. We suspect it to be a group of marauders trying to lay their hands on the shell storage within the contested territory. These shells may be used to conduct terroristic acts all over Novyy Bangkok. We cannot let it happen. You are the closest group to the signal source, your deployment was authorised. Execute extreme caution. Amir Mansuri and SB agent Jack Zaman will take direct command over the engagement. Good hunt.+++
Three hours later…
-Colonel? we didn’t expect to see you here…
-Skip the useless talk corporal. I want to know what happened.
-Yes sir. It appeares that the storage here was recently enlarged and it seems that insurgents new about it. We have arived in time to prevent the worst case scenario. The battle was hard but we made it.
-What exactly happened corporal? And please make a long story short.
-Well it was an ambush sir and it was well prepared ambush. First they had managed to hunt down amir Mansuri. We have managed to stabilize him, but for the whole battle he was out of the game. The situation went up from zero to critical very fast, they took over the antenna and had managed to break most of our support pretty quickly. The command was taken by the agent Zaman, he ordered us to regroup and quickly dealt with those who imposed direct threat. Damn, the supersoldiers are shocking me every time I see them. Sgt. Vahit solely dealt with a dog warior and a two other guys. One of them appeared to be a commander of the group. It’s a shame that one of the sneaky bastards shoot his brain out. Luckily, his cube didn’t suffer and bastard’s chest was torn by a Malika’s shotgun. They tried to hold a center but they were sitting ducks for gunnery sgt. Hadjiev. Ha-ha.
-What’s so funny corporal?
-Gunnery sgt. once said that there was a film in 21st century Russia, it was called something like a “Return of Mukhtar” something about a dog, Caucasian shepherd, if I am correct. Hadjiev was saying that he was as dangerous as the dog from the film. He was right… Well he decimated the enemy and the rest was done by my team. That’s a long story short.
-Good, the rest you can write in your report.
-Aye sir!
-And one more thing corporal. What can you tell me about agent Jack Zaman?
-Well… He proved himself to be a capable commander. He had a cool head when the shooting started and because of him we prevailed, but…
-What?
-He was ruthless, I mean no offense sir but he endangered us on mulltiple occasions. It seems that the mission was above all else and he was willing to sacrifice everything for it.
-I see… thank you corporal. Dismissed.
All miniatures are painted, nice !
I like the mixture of buildings on the table, they flow together well.
This Agent Zaman seems to be cut from the same cloth as our Agent Valentine. I hope he gives you less trouble.
Nice report! Now keep up the fight *ähm retreat*
Thank you for you words friends, sadly I am unaible to post something else up to the next week. I am in a tide grip of a flu.
@Mike_the_scrivener well technically soldiers without marks and marks of alligiance are not considered to be soldiers of the Army. The soldiers of the latter encounter didn’t have anything what could proove them to be a members of the AEC. So they were considered marauders and war criminals which automatically made it an act of policing and not an act of war.
Nice report!
:::::::Please be advised: you have 12 hours to pull out of Ariadna territory. By continuing the fight against Ariadna in the Battery Fields you are breaking Concillium Convention law and will be branded a traitor to the Human Sphere:::::::
Nice report! With a bit improved pictures and maybe some description to them, that can go great!
Nice Rep 😉
I like it! Next report if we could get a closer look at those minis, it looks like they’re really well painted!
Glad the cube survived!
