Intelligence Directorate reports that Haqqislam attack on the Xaraks Battery Field aimed at crippling Ariadna’s anti-ship capabilities is highly possible. Due to extreme importance of these installations, the Ariadnan High Command had made a decision to reinforce battery’s garrison with the rapid response team from the Stavka’s own strategic reserves.

Pre-battle sequence: Haqqislam commander wins the roll-off and decides to take first turn. Ariadna’s troops pick the side of the table and decide to deploy after the opponent. HFT Grunt successfully infiltrates on the roof of the central building to counter possible advance of the Djanbazan. Friendly Liaison officer (Scout FO) infiltrates the roof of the central building.

Round 1, Turn 1 (Haqq):
Yuan-Yuans perform a combat drop. One paratrooper gets scattered and ends up in their own deploy, another successfully lands in the Ariadnan DZ. Two Sekbans infiltrate through the left, but their push gets slowed down by our snipers. Yuan-Yuan cuts through a Line Kazak and engages our lieutenant but fails to secure a kill. HFT Grunt fails to kill Djanbazan using a flamethrower and gets knocked unconscious. Yuan-Yuan performs Coup De Grace, securing an objective point.

Round 1, Turn 2 (Ariadna):
Dog-Warrior counterattacks and takes out both Sekban boarding party. Irmandinho falls back to our DZ and, with the help of Line Kazak Lieutenant, scores a critical hit with a D-Charge in CC against Yuan-Yuan. Dog-Warrior keeps the momentum and advances towards enemy DZ, scrapping a REM but falling unconscious to multiple AROs. Tankhunter tries to break enemy core fireteam end engages in a firefight against ML Ghulam but fails miserably and gets taken out of action. Scout takes out Hawwa, drops Djanbazan unconscious and spends the rest of the turn trying to eliminate ML Ghulam without any result.

Round 2, Turn 1 (Haqq):
Opponent switches his attention to the right flank. Bashibozuk drops on the right and joins Yuan-Yuan to push towards the middle. Yuan-Yuan gets taken out by camouflaged Hardcase, Bashibozuk also tries to engage but the firefight end with no results on either side. During his ARO Scout successfully eliminates one of Ghulams, and, with the help of Highlander Cateran, manages to drop ML Ghulam. Djanbazan passes a regen roll and survives Scout’s normal roll ARO.

Round 2, Turn 2 (Ariadna):
Ariadna’s turn starts with Hardcase incapacitating Bashibozuk. Spetsnaz successfully clears enemy half of the table from two REMs. Scout tries to engage Djanbazan but fails and falls unconscious. Chasseur engages Djanbazan from the rear but gets taken out as well. Haqqislam controls the central roof. Using his own lieutenant’s order, Line Kazak leaves DZ in an attempt to draw enemy’s attention away from the objective.

Round 3, Turn 1 (Haqq):
Opponent tries to kill Line Kazak lieutenant, causing 5 AROs by his Djanbazan. As a result, only Hardcase falls unconscious, however, due to our own troops failing to stop him, Djanbazan manages to push towards the edge of the roof, securing the elevated position over the central objective. The remainder of the fireteam advances through the middle, and, despite suffering casualties to an antipersonnel mine, Leila Sarif manages to get into BTB with the tech-coffin. REM enters the BTB with the objective on our right flank. Spetsnaz fails to stop enemy’s advance and gets taken out of action.

Round 3, Turn 2 (Ariadna):
Highlander Cateran manages to successfully eliminate Djanbazan and Leila Sarif. Irmandinho unsuccessfully tries to clear the objective on the right but fails to take out a REM. In the middle, Vassily makes a final push. He kills the remaining Ghulam, and, despite being stunned by a REM, enters BTB with the tech-coffin.

END RESULTS:
Haqqislam controls one antenna (1 OP) and completes Classified Objective (1 OP). 2 OP total.
Ariadna controls the tech-coffin (3 OP). 3 OP total.
