Asteroid Blues

A nomad contingent, managed by commander Undork bragged about their superior abilities in the outer space and how the asteroid was, by default, Nomad territory. Normally we don't take the Nomads insults seriously but the directed to the Qapu Khalki, the naval forces of the Sword of Allah, they wouldn't take that insult lightly. A war exercise was called, the QK would hit with full force.

Their first movements were some intelligent but useless deployments: a Gecko squad and a Hellcat landed successfully near our deployment zone but a Fanous blinded both units, leaving them useless after their landing. After this a Kriza and in the other side a Taskmaster tried to gain territory for their faction, besides that no damage was taken.

After this failed attempt of the nomads, we unleashed hell upon them. A full squad Yuan Yuan landed upon them. One of them killed one hacker, other one tried to bring down their medic but failed and the last one moved upon a fortified position, evading the soldiers in there launching a chain rifle that managed to kill a hidden trooper.

Our troops analyzed the situation and came to the conclusion that the better way to deal with the heavy armored troopers was to immobilize them. Firstly our Hawwa marked the Kriza and the Druze launched E/M ammo against them, the Kriza was stiff till he got shot. After this the Hawwa marked the TAG, receiving a chaincolt from it, yet it served the purpose to ease the E/M grenade shot. The Gecko was also immobilized.

After the work of the Druze team, the only option of the Nomads were now the Taskmaster that advanced to the Sekban position, trying to kill them but the excellent marksmanship of them assured their survival. For our luck the big HI stayed in full view of our Djanbazan and got a full box of bullets into him, the Sekban only saw the rain of bullets hitting him.

After this slaughter, the only thing that was missing is to finish off the immobilized Kriza, to repair a Fanous and to heal our brave Hawwa that made so much for the QK
