One

Ariadnan concealed troopers began moving, targets designated by numerals 5, 1, and 0 acting. 5 moved into position atop a building, as 1 neared a Zhanshi and 0 neared the Zhanyiing.

Target 1 was revealed as an SAS trooper, who scored a critical shotgun hit on the Zhanshi. The SAS was less fortunate versus the Hsien, who brought him down.

A Volunteer team led by a Grey began manouvering, eliminating two Zhanshi, one knocked out by critical hits, another overwhelmed by four lethal hits. The Grey briefly engaged the Hsien to no effect, but moving to a position where the Hsien had no cover, they managed to KO him.

The final Zhanshi was killed by a critical hit and a failed save, before the Guilang Sniper was then KO'd as they discovered and attacked her.

Finally, though, the team's rampage ended when a volunteer led the team into a firefight with the Zuyong, who KO'd the Ariadnan.

The Crane moved and discovered target 0 was Uxia McNiell, allowing a Bao Troop sniper to knock out both her and a Volunteer.

The Bao then felled the Grey HMG, killing him. The Zuyong attacked the Volunteers, surviving a shotgun hit.

The Crane then managed to kill one volunteer, but suffered a wound.

Two
Ariadnan commander issued orders to move two units into their secondary group,Isabelle Macgregor and a Volunteer. A concealed trooper, target 3, moved up and revealed himself as a Scots Guard.

The Bao Trooper attacked changed facing, able to avoid the first volley, but died from a critical wound.

Target 2, another Scots Guard, loosed a DEP and killed the Crane. A Volunteer hit, but did not harm, the Zuyong, who drew fire again, opting to fall back into cover as he took a hit. He and the shooter exchanged fruitless fire for a moment, before he was forced to take full cover.

The Zuyong engaged the revealed Scots Guard and also target 5, a Marksman Scots Guard. His and the marksman's shots missed, as the Scots Guard on the rooftops dodged.

The Zuyong was then unfortunately knocked down by the Marksman, but managed to clip the SMG Guard, but unfortunately the Ariadnan was unharmed.

The Pheasant moved to try and take a ranged attack on a Scots guard at the right, but found himself falling back after taking a hit to his armour.

Three

The Ariadnans tried to hunt the Pheasant down, with the rooftop SMG Scots Guard managing to hit him first three times, then two more - but the Pheasant saved all. He then managed to blast the Scots Guard down, as another began laying suppression in case the Pheasant somehow survived as the Paramedic volunteer stood - and felled the brave Pheasant, the last State Empire soldier standing.

Our troops did not lack for courage, but did seemingly lack for fortune. The Caledonian assault was fortunate to inflict heavy damage early, limiting our responses, but even so a significant toll wound up paid by Ariadna to gain their victory.
