When I originally posted this one, it was a repeat posting, made accidentally due to heavy lag.

Since then, I played another game and won. I'm going to edit this one to be the report for that one, instead.

I'm not going to worry too much about details in this report since I doubt anyone will read it with all the lag, but I want it accurate anyway.

*******************************************************

Aleph won the lieutenant roll, and went first.

**Aleph Turn 1:** Achilles heads out first, running down my left flank. I've got Hecklers covering the center, an intruder in the bottom left corner with sight-lines on the building that dominates the right-hand approach, so the only safe approach for Achilles is the left-hand side of the board.

Achilles gets his hustle on, and spend three orders running up. At the end of the third order, he can start to see my troops - but he's also within ZoC of my hidden-deployment Spektre assault hacker.

Achilles is using stealth, so the Spektre has one shot on an unopposed Carbonite while Achilles fires at my troops. I crit, and Achilles is immobilized.

Aleph's plan B is to use a Danavas to take out the Spektre, but after coordinating orders to get a pitcher down, the Spektre manages to crit on Carbonite against the Danavas as well.

Aleph has only a few orders left, so the Marut advances on the right flank. Problem is, the TAG is too big to get cover without coming too close to the Heckler for comfort. Worse, the Intruder on the left-hand corner actually has out-ranged the TAG's Multi-HMG.

The TAG spends some time trying to gunfight the Intruder, and ends up taking 2 wounds (one from an unopposed moderator combi rifle) before ending right close to me.

During this time, Aleph has claimed three antennas and killed my HVT with his FO.

**Nomad Turn 1:** Things are looking great for me. The Zondnautica activates, and blows away the Marut.

Next, Puppetbots advance. They manage to claim two antennas, blow away the Thorakites, Danavas, Proxy Mk 5, and Dakini Paramedic, while in the process managing to all get stunned and take 1 damage from the Proxy engineer.

I actually got fairly unlucky with the Lamedh bots, failing to kill any of them despite several point-blank boarding shotguns, but that's life. I won't complain.

The Spektre then tries to assault-hacker Achilles, but fails four times in a row and decides to return to TO camo state.

**Aleph Turn 2:** He's in loss-of-lieutenant and has two command tokens. Achilles hasn't hurt anything, so he's not yet in a frenzy.

He runs forward, and I opt not to try to assault hacker him. I want the Spektre for antenna claiming later on, so Achilles is able to hustle past unopposed. My morlock throws smoke, protecting my back-line a little, but we'll see that it's not quite enough.

Achilles spends another order moving around the smoke, and spends the third order putting my Puppetmaster and a Moderator in the ground.

Otherwise, he runs around with his engineer, and that's about it.

**Nomad Turn 2:** The Puppets are disconnected, but he's got only one specialist left on the field. I switch the Spektre to Group 1, leaving me 10 orders with which to claim antennas and kill his engineer.

It's actually a lot closer than I'd like - the Engineer manages to survive two direct hits from an AP Shotgun without cover - but I do manage to kill his engineer, complete a classified, and claim two antennas.

Meanwhile, I get the zondbot in B2B with Achilles, so that the Intruder will have an unopposed Stun shot on Achilles.

**Aleph Turn 3:** His engineer was the lieutenant, so he's in LoL again. Even if Achilles had been the lieutenant, it wouldn't have mattered: when Achilles goes to kill the Zondbot in melee, the Intruder puts a stun round into him, thus ending that run.

"It's over, Achilles! I have the high ground!" - Spektre, re-enacting that fateful crit

"ψου υνδερστιματε μψ ποωερ" - Achilles, shrugging off four hacking attempts in Nomad Turn 1.
