Asteroid Blues

Tunguska Turn 1
Raoul and Perseus with Stempler Zond in hand Haris up with Raoul dropping covering smoke. They then move up and engage the Karakuri who takes a wound despite the insane BTS 9 in cover. The Karakuri ducks out of there and so Raoul throws 2 Drop Bears to cover any potentially pesky Ninjas and Oniwabans.

The Stempler Zond sensors for any Oniwabans or Ninjas but doesn't find anything.

They move up again and with the repeater in range Interventor LT uses his order to attempt to Oblivion but that BTS 6 on the Karakuri holds firm.
Throwing smoke the Karakuri sadly dodges successfully and moves out of the way making any potential CC opportunities not a good idea due to her Nanopulsar.

Instead now blocked from line of site from the Domaru in the Core link the team moves up and Kills the Engineer Yuriko Oda before moving up and engaging the CoC Kempetai with Boarding Shotgun but failing to kill him. Raoul Drops a Bear in smoke in front of the Karakuri in case she has any funny ideas. The turn ends with the Puppet Master moving up and dropping a smoke.

JSA Turn 1
Yojimbo moves up and is gunned down and blown up by the mine. The usual really.

The Kempetai moves up and engages with his Boarding Shotgun Perseus twice putting him in to NWI however in the second bout the Rogue Rallies and lands one right between the eyes of the Kempetai. The poor Stempler Zond however is caught in the blast and goes down.

The Domaru link team activates to destroy the Drop Bear blocking the Karakuri and fires at both it and Raoul splitting 3 shots on Raoul and 2 on the Drop Bear with the Spitfire. Raoul dodges out of LOF but the Drop Bear becomes so much scrap. Unfortunately for the link team the Tanko Missile Launcher is torn to shreads as there was LOF to the Reaktion Zond who took full advantage.

The Karakuri activates and Perseus shoots and Raoul fires his Nanopulsar. The Karakuri fires all her shots into Perseus and he goes down. The Karakuri tanks the Nanopulsar hit with her BTS 6. What happens next is a back and forth between the Karakuri and Raoul with Chain Rifle shots and Nanopulsar blasts that leads to no injuries but a lot of bullet holes.

Tunguska Turn 2

Using the LT order the Interventor gives Assisted Fire to the Reaktion Zond. The Reaktion Zond fires at the Domaru Spitfire but a lucky crit goes through and the Zond goes down.

I reveal my Spektr FO and move to engage the Karakuri and successfully put her into dogged. However not wanting to chance another fight I am unable to get close to attempt any of my Classifieds.

I move the Interventor who has used Cybermask to the right to get a better view. I move the Grenzer Liaison officer FO up and out of the fireteam core straight to the center zone and Sensor revealing just at the edge a Ninja KHD. I then use a Command Token to put him and the Interventor into Suppresive fire.

JSA Turn 2

The Domaru link team moves up and the Sptifire engages Raoul. However Raoul is no slouch and in 2 turns with 2 DA shots he takes out the Spitfire. The Team reforms and using his Spitfire Tanko he moves up and shoots Raoul but is engaged by the Interventor in Surpressive so he has to split shots. Raoul goes down but the Interventor holds firm.

Tunguska Turn 3
Running out of options and wishing I hadn't placed my core so high up some buildings I move up the Grenzer Liaison Officer and Light Flamethrower the link team and Ninja KHD. The Ninja goes down but the 2 HIs pass their ARM rolls and kill the Grenzer.

The Interventor Cybermasks and moves to the Console and activates it out of LOF of the link team stacked in the middle.

The link team moves up and the Paramedic moves up and fights the team but she goes down to some bad shots. The Grenzer Missile Launcher goes up and fires a shot but dies too.

JSA Turn 3
With his first order he moves a Tanko into the Zone and takes it.

With the Ninja dead the only remaining Specialist is a Keisotsu Hacker who moves up using 3 orders and takes the console.

However with 2 consoles to 1 I barely squeeze out a 4 to 3 victory.
