As my opponent was a newer player we decided to play something simpler instead. We settled on Supplies at 300 points with no HVTs or secondary objectives.

The table

ALEPH deployment, with Asura dropped as reserve

Reserve Maakrep sniper

Turn 1 ALEPH

It was so tempting to teach him why you shouldn't stack up your link teams. But given that my opponent was clearly new, I decided to keep my eyes on the objective instead. My Dakini sniper immediately picks off a Unidron, while the Asura Haris goes on a rampage. I withdraw to near where I started with the Yadu hacker having opened one box.

However most of the enemy models are unconscious and not removed from table. Only the Rodok Missile Launcher was actually removed.

Turn 1 CA

Ko Dali attempts to drop behind my lines but disperses off board and has to do the walk of shame. The bulk of his turn is spent healing his unconscious models with no failures. He reforms the Unidron Core and puts Assisted Fire on the Missile Launcher Unidron. However one of the models started in line of sight of the Dakini sniper and immediately goes down again. He manages to put a wound on my Asura with a crit but I fall back to safety

Turn 2 ALEPH

The Asura Haris goes on a repeat round. This time I make sure the models go down for good. The Rodoks are reduced to one man(ape?) while the Missile Launcher Unidron is permanently deleted. I open another supply box with Shakti and return to the same positions.

Turn 2 CA

He attempts to make a move on the last supply marker with the sole remaining Rodok. My Posthuman sniper comes out of hidden deployment and takes him down before he can get away with it, and is dealt with in turn by the Maakrep. The Unidron link lines up K1 Combi shots on my Asura but fail to do anything. They try to advance but are quickly halted by the Yadu hacker.

That leaves him with no choice but to resort to Ko Dali. He spends a lot of orders to walk her into my deployment zone. The turncoat cuts down most of my Dakini link thanks to poor dice rolls but runs out of orders to pull back.

Turn 3 ALEPH

I have no choice but to deal with Ko Dali. Hot rolls on his part meant I had to spend most of my orders to take her out. All I can do after that is repair and restore the Core fireteam, keeping the Dakini MSR watching the approach to my Haris while out of reach of the Maakrep.

Turn 3 CA

The Unidron link goes all in on the Yadu haris since they are the only ones holding any supplies. The Asura goes down after getting flanked by the K1 Combi Unidron, but not before the Nexus gets his brains blown out by Shakti. Meanwhile the entire Unidron fireteam disintegrates under a constant barrage of hacking AROs. There's nothing he can do after that and he throws in the towel
