Annihilation

My forces withdrew from our previous engagement with PanO victorious and set up an observation team to notify me when they began to withdraw. Once they had begun their withdrawal we followed in hot pursuit, cornering them as we crossed into the the PanO held outer regions of Liberty Cargo Spaceport.

They were more prepared than we had expected however and this must have been a rally point for them to meet up with reinforcements as we were set upon by a swiss guard who emerged from his thermo optic state.

Our Guilang in midfield fought valiantly and managed to out flank and eliminate the Swiss with clever use of their own camouflage and anti personnel mines.

The Guija then advanced as a hammer to crush their remaining forces however in doing so outpaced the rest of our force and was left vulnerable. The enemy saw this opportunity and stuck hard with a two pronged attack disabling the Guija and then advancing towards our rear line with a group of Corporate Security.

This CSU advance ran out of steam and was then eliminated by our remaining Celestial Guard components. Both our forces and our enemy’s had taken heavy losses but neither enough to declare an outright victory when the order came in for us to withdraw.
