Mentor Guerra stood on the balcony of the building that the Shasvastii had liberated for the EI,

The last report from Speculo Hanar had come back with interesting news the forces of the human nation of Pan Oceania had mobilised a task force to challenge the EI. This was a laughable attempt to rest control from the forces of the combined army and he would make sure they regretted it.

One of the Shrouded on the front lines hidden amongst the ruins commed to him "We have visual TAG designation Drago incoming with escort of fusiliers... By the EI they have the blonde devil with them! Mentor let command know we have an opportunity to kill her once and for all!"

He checked the squads locators, all was ready. Let them come...

Overhead he could hear the thunder of a drop ship. Three thrusters fired as the jump troopers descended into the Chimneys an unexpected but not entirely unsolvable issue.

The first had some sort of technical issue and plummeted to the ground nearby. With a satisfying crackle of electricity Nox trooper Fahsa confirmed a kill, foolish humanity would never be able to compete with the Cadmus units. He saw the second land on the roof of a building across the area from him he would let Gwailo Ereas deal with her... The last one managed to engage his thrusters and landed nearby to Nox Trooper Fahsa this time with the crackle of electricity came the report of trooper hit. One of his for two of theirs... Guerra liked those odds.

The TAG started to advance down the street large cannon swaying this way and that when confirmation came from the speculo that the mine had successfully been deployed while she was hiding amongst the Fusilier company all according to plan.

With a whoosh of a missile launcher he saw a white clad Pano trooper with sniper rifle be consumed in flame as Noctifer Pazer made his presence known one of the Shrouded messaged to say he had been spotted and his camo was revealed but Guerra took this as the great news it was one more of the humans was dead.

The TAG had noticed the Noctifer on top of the building and swung his large hyper magnetic rapid cannon onto the poor trooper the exchange was brief with a missile streaking past the large robot and the cannons shells finding their target as Pazer was torn apart.

With a brief lull in the momentum of the battle the speculo notified him that she was too engage the TAG in combat with her weapon and she was to sell her life dearly. Even as the message was recieved Guerra saw a distinctly interesting fusilier move across the open ground throwing a smoke canister infront of the Drago Hanar revealed herself monofilament sword flashing but at the last second a gout of flame came from the robots arm. The sword found its mark and the TAG slid apart bisected diagonally across the chest.

While he was distracted with this display of dedication Guerra hadn’t noticed the taigha creatures had scuttled into position and one of them came round the corner near to the blonde devil and her fusilier guard he sprayed down the side of the building and the fusilier fell the ground clutching where the creatures venom had got through his armour.

Unfortunatley it looked as though the blonde devil was unaffected and strode forward riddling the fallen speculo with bullets screaming something with heavily accented voice Guerra cared not the foolish woman would soon take notice that her forces were defeat and he could take the antenna for himself and complete his mission in this place.

Over in the far corner of the area an explosion could be heard as the speculos mine was triggered by the fusiliers from his vantage point Guerra couldn't see what the result was but one of the taigha creatures bio-signal winked out on his monitor. He thought it matters not again we have traded a creature of two of theirs how can we fail?

Unfortunatley it looked as though the blonde devil was unaffected and strode forward riddling the fallen speculo with bullets - he stopped for a second, how did they know of the auto-medkit she carried? The Devil began screaming something with heavily accented voice. Guerra cared not the foolish woman and hoped that she would soon take notice that her forces were finished so that he could take the antenna for himself and complete his mission in this place.

With a signal the Med-tech (Who Guerra had designated as the data tracker) moved forward to kill the designated target he slithered forward under shots from the Blonde Devil and managed to put the human down.

With a casual command the Mentor ordered as many of the consoles to be claimed as possible and then they could leave this place he received affirmatives from 2 of the Shrouded troops and from the Caliban Rexo. The med-tech reported success as well. He slowly exhaled this would be a great day for Guerra mission achieved with minimal casualties.

Guerra looked as the once proud knight took stock of the fact she had two troopers left...

She almost looked forlorn as she killed the Med-tech...

Now time to have some fun… he issued the order to the Shrouded carrying a killer hacker device to kill the drop troop cowering on the roof of the building and with an audible fizzle he confirmed a kill on the weak willed Pano trooper.

Cackling he saw the blonde devil retreat

Next time Human we will claim you for the EI like Ko Dali before you…

All in all a very enjoyable game my opponent Nes had some interesting tactics but I feel that Shasvastii has alot of ways to play vs a drop trooper heavy list.

The speculo with minelayer performed incredibly well killing the TAG and two line troopers such an amazing profile.
