Asteroid Blues

Aspect Graviton surveyed the tactical datanet, the ravaging was going to plan. Recent operations in the pit had now drawn out members of the ALEPH contingent to secure the Pit Site and the Japanese saboteurs in the area left from the fighting between Yu-Jing and the NA2 forces.

The pit would make a fine place to make an example of both forces.

GRAVITON - All units, hold position amongst the rocks, let Aleph come into engagement range.

GRAVITON - Maintain position...

ENEMY A - "This seems quiet, too quiet for a CA attack, fall back to a defensive position."

ENEMY B - "I agree Shakti, I'll hold this position, entering suppression fire"

Enemy A - "They have a god damn Avatar! We need a plan, If we break their Hacker net we can immobilise it. Going in"

Graviton watched as Dart fought the very Kempetai she had been trying to protect and as the two yadu struggled against each, other It was most pleasing.

The Kurgat was already setting the demolition charges on the excavator and had already primed the fusion crackers around the site just as the shasvastii had done in the chimneys site before, every little destabilised Novyy Bangkok a little more. This entire colony would burn regardless of who was in power here.

So unfortunately this will be the last game of the campaign for me so I decided to dust of the Avatar, a unit which I love but hardly ever use. I feel it made for a suitably climactic finale!

I have a policy of any unit I sepsitorize gets added to my CA collection so I may have chased the rabbit a little with dart (I REALLY WANT TO PAINT EVIL DART!) unfortunately she kept passing her bleedin' dodge rolls. Although now I'll have to do a pair of evil yadus and maybe a Naga as a shrouded. I also went after the civis with the sepsitor rather than the HMG cos it's fun isn't it.

I'd also like to apologise, Thamoz and I forgot to take army shots so no list break down and team shot today, I'd add it later but unfortunately I don't think there is going to be time to take them :(

Thamoz had some good plans in this game with the mono mines and some attempted EM shenanigans, if that'd have gone either way it could have been very different.
