Redeploying again... The life of the soldier, heavy lifting, extreme boredom, with brief bouts of violent deadly action. Captain Hauser was couldn't help but feel a bit melancholy as he supervised his troops loading up. Moving on leaving another location his men have died for. O-12's responsibility now. Best to move on and not think about it.

'Jenkins! Get those Muls loaded, we are past do over at the battery!.' That Dozer treats those machines like his pets... There's some serious concern about his mental health if one ever gets destroyed.

O-12 forces were past due and most of his forces were already moving on to the Battery. Apparently the universe had the same thought.

The sounds of gunfire echo off the walls as Hauser's radio comes to life. 'Eagle 1 this is Hawk 1. Enemy contact at the perimeter. Request reinforcement.'

Yahontov had volunteered his TAK contingent to remain as the rearguard, but they weren't equipped to repel a significant push. Hauser looks around. Jenkins and the Irmanihindo twins were finally loading the Traktor Muls... Hauser sighs... 'Jenkins! Unload em. Yahontov needs you. Get there now!'
The Irmanhindos grab their Chain Rifles and leave Jenkins wrestling the Muls. Time for more heavy lifting.

This is my opponent's first attempt at using link teams, so it should be an interesting game. Should be... (Ominous Foreshadowing) She wins the roll off and chooses deployment and I elect to go second. There's good cover on the left so I deploy the Dog Warriors and Irmanhindos there. The right side is much more open so the link team starts there. The Uragan is my reserve and it deploys to punish anyone foolish enough to open the door.

A Kriza/Hollowman haris and a Grenzer/Securitate link make up the bulk of the nomad forces. They all deploy in the center, poised to make a push on the armory. Other then the links a camo token deploys in a sniper tower, and one deploys near the links.

The round opens with both Nomads pushing up to the door. REALLY close to the door. Both link teams... I tried to warn her. The Securitate link activates and opens the door. Prompting a reaction from the Uragan... of course the Uragan crits. Every Securitate dies and both Krizas take a wound. Luckily the Hollowman and the Grenzer survive.
Realizing the Uragan is a bigger problem than she initially expected, a camo token moves forward. A Heckler comes out of camo and renders the Uragan unconscious. The Kriza/Hollowman link shifts positions and fails a discover. The Grenzer moves into the armory to attempt to hold it.

My turn opens with impetuous movements. The Kriza takes a shot as the dogwarrior moves up but the smoke is successful. This allows the rest of my impetuous troopers to advance safely. An Irmanhindo brings the Uragan back online. Vassily comes out of camo to deal with the Hollowman. This prompted a shot from the sniper but Vassily survives and takes out the Hollowman.
The Kazak link moves up and fires a missile at the Grenzer, hoping to clip the Heckler in the process. Unfortunately, the missiles go wide and the Grenzer's fire is much more accurate. Kazak down. Vet Kazak takes over and drops the Grenzer, then the sniper.
A Dog Warrior moves into the Armory. The Heckler manages to do a wound but dies in the process. Link team takes the armory.

Things haven't been going well for the Nomads. Their only hope is for the Kriza to clear the armory but there is not way to do it without taking multiple AROs. Spreading fire around the armory all the Kriza can manage is a wound on the Dog Warrior. Between return fire from the Uragan, Kazak link, and the Dog Warrior the Kriza is somehow only rendered unconscious. Unfortunately, she doesn't have the orders to try much else.
The Irmanhindo grabs a panoply, Link team finishes off the last Kriza and completes my classified.
Nomads are down to only a Lieutenant hiding in the rear. Game over, Ariadna victory.
