Asteroid Blues

Hello everyone,

My first battle report for this campaign, sorry for the bad quality pictures, I will try to get better one next time. I hope you still enjoy.

I win so roll and choose to go first, I was too in a hurry to split some blood. I choose to put my link team with the Kerr Nau in the middle, leaving the medikit alone at the back.
Q-drone was my last piece to be deploy to counter some bot in front.
FO unidron on the far left to gat to an antenna later in the game and the Ikadron on the far right. Noctifier on top of the building having a nice view of the battle field and the Malignos on the right because I felt I was missing something on the right.

It was my first time playing against Nomads, sorry if I miss some things. The important in the deployment for my opponent is the Hollow Men fireteam on the far right (I don't remember what was inside exactly but there was 5 mens).
Is bike/bot deploy in the middle, and the scary Lunokhod with his flamethrower on the left.

My first turn was ... well, not good at all.

As started my turn putting the Marksmanship on the Q-Drone, and I move him up to fire at Transductor, killing it after a few shots. I then start firing at the Hollow Men, doing 1 wound after so many order, and him dropping a pitcher in front of me.
Because of the pitcher, I had to move my E-Drone to fire at it.
Last action of my turn was to move out the fireteam but, I didn't see the Missile Launcher Hollow Men. He focused his fire on my ML killing it (he was not the team leader).

Overall, not a great turn.

First part of his turn was to move out his fireteam, and I made my Noctifier fire at it. My mistake was to fire at the leader, I should have fire at the back Hollow Men (template would have touch the little guy close to him)
He did nothing to me, and got stuck in the middle. He then decide to move his bike (its his data tracker), throwing smoke around, there is nothing I can do. He kill my HVT but I succeed to kill his bot (the driver still alive).

This turn went much better.
My Q-Drone succeed to take down his ML Hollow Men. My fireteam moving out and being able to kill the bike driver, take 2 antennas and destroy one.
My Noctifier take down 2 Hollow Men, destroying his fireteam.

This turn was fast and I succeed to take down so many threat. Now I am in a good position.

As you can see in the, not much line on the picture. His turn was mostly trying to get some Hollow Men back up. And he did succeed in bringing back 2 of them. But losing one in return. He tried to move his flamethrower Lunokhod but I succeed to kill him and my 3 dodge with my Rodok.

That's it. Not much else happen this turn.

Last turn my fireteam did most of the work. Taking another 2 antennas and destroying one, killing an Hollow Men and my Data Tracker (the HMG) killed his HVT.

Noctifier being himself, killed the last Hollow Men.

At this point the game is done. He try to move his Clockmaster to take an antenna but die on his way. MARY PROBLEMS dies too trying to do something, but I don't remember what.

Thats the end of the game.

We both get 4 points for killing the HVT with the data tracker.
I got 3 points for having more antennas and 3 more points for having destroy more antennas.

In conclusion, my opponent was great. He plays really good and got mucky for some armour rolls. I did lots of mistake choosing my firing target or things like this but I haven't played since last year so kind of normal, but my opponent helps a lot. I hope I could get another game against him soon.
