Asteroid Blues

It was crane lieutenant Qin's firs command in the ISS. Nervously he tried to wipe sweat from his brow through his Plasteel face plate. He really hoped he didn't screw this up.

*LIEUTENANT QIN SCREWS IT UP*

The car "garage" structure was infinite height to add some FOV blocking the the right side of the table

Yu Jing Deployment:
The link team is deployed on the right behind 2 buildings, the crane with multi rifle is on the edge closest the centre line while the spitfire crane was on the flank. The haris is deployed mid left behind a building behind, the tall antennae structure. The ninja hidden deploys into the garage. And the kanren is spread amongst the generators on the right.

PAN-O Deployment:
The Link team deploys on the left spread around the building with a bill board and some ruins. The pathfinder deploys to the right of that same building. then one dronbot goes on a roof on the centre line and another drops on my right. The mulebot goes on the extreme left and applies overclock to all remotes for a Command token. Finally the Uhlan is dropped (as a camo marker) next to the pathfinder.

Yu Jing 1st active:
The link takes 2 orders and moves around the left of the building they were behind firing smoke to conceal LoF to the dronbot on the right roof. The bao haris then move up and the MSV2 sniper clears the dronbot thru the smoke. The bao sniper then shuffles into position to shoot the pathfinder. Forgetting the huge ominous camo marker squatting next to it. The sniper and Uhlan fire face to face with the sniper winning but the uhlan saving on armor. The pathfinder responds with a B2 flashpulse which the BTS 6 bao fails, falling back into cover. They spend another order repositioning. The kanren then takes an order and moves up the field . A flash pulse from middle dron bot removes a holoEcho. The link team then moves forward to the garage wall and spends the last order shooting the centre dronbot.

PAN-O active turn 1:
An order goes on the Black friar in the link who walks to the corner of the roof top and draws a bead on my combi rifle bao. The bao is shooting or dodging without LoF due to albedo, so chooses to shoot with B2. Not quick enough now his visors have failed him he's riddled with bullets going to meet his emperor.
The missle launcher then draws a bead to a kanren holoEcho who is thankfully far enough away from the others that theres no collateral.
The Uhlan then spends 2 orders running around the back of PANO deployment to appear on the right flank. As he rounds the last corner he generates 3 ARO's from the Bao sniper, Kanren, and the multiRifle Crane. The bao discovers while the kanren and Crane wait. The Uhlan then perforates the sniper sending him to meet the emperor. The normal rolls from the kanren and crane miss and are saved respectively. The Uhlan then shuffles around the shed to get enfilade fire on the conga line of crane and celestials near the garage. 3 orders later the Crane Lt is dead, along with the spitfire crane and the link team is broken. The Uhlan then ducks forward then back to total cover, to delete the Kanren who is out of tricks to save himself and becomes asteroid pulp.

Yu jing active turn 2:
The top of the turn saw me with 3 orders on the table. First order was spent having the TO ninja appear as i needed it to do...... SOMETHING. With the pheasant left in an alright spot (or more to the point with no good targets of opportunity) and the celestials unable to effect the Uhlan. The ninja spent the remaining 3 orders moving up to the building near the Uhlan in hopes of dodging to engage in ARO.

PANO-O Active turn 2:

The pathfinder bot climbs onto the roof overlooking the ninja who idles. 2 orders later the black friar sidles to the corner. The pathfinder discovers prompting an arrow from the ninja in ARO - which misses. The friar then sprays down the shameful shinobi. The Uhlan then uses the rest of the order pool, splitting burst to clear the celestials and then gunning the pheasant in the back for 4 hits.

Lt Qin cursed his ancestors as the cold seeped into his suit. The only comfort was knowing the remote operator of the TAG which had destroyed his detachment would one day succumb to his mountain dew related type 2 diabetes, deep vein thrombosis, carpel tunnel and heart disease.
