A complaint has been filed with the Bureau of excessive use of force by USARF teams escorting O12 officers on observation duties.

The evidence begins with these images of a Blackjack operator firing unprovoked on mobile brigadas.

The injuries sustained were not immediately fatal, however the same cannot be said for the wildcat victims of this next blackjack, utilising T2 ammunition which while not prohibited by the letter of the law, certainly defies the intention.

There has also been suggestion of inappropriate use of medical personnel to undermine the communications grid.

The first blackjack is also accused of firing on a second mobile brigada, causing him to require medical attention.

The blackjack continued his infraction by wounding Alguacil officer Balboa, before harassing a gecko suit with it's hmg.

Only then did the nomads respond with lethal force, knocking out the blackjack, but generally only providing medical aid to the wounded.

It's then alleged that Minutemen further undermined the communications aray.

The sniper blackjack then engaged the gecko, and while the gecko attempted to defend itself, seemingly damaging the blackjack's secondary systems, the gecko pilot was ultimately killed inside his own TAG.

A Foxtrot rifleman fired upon a brigada, but by far the most egregious incident of the engagement was when a Foxtrot grenadier fired on a mobile brigada and a daktari Medic, grievously wounding both.

O12 requires this soldier's name rank and serial number, and the surrender of all persons involved in the engagement to the authority of the nearest O12 facility.
