The AEC though they had dealt with the True Ariadnan Rebellion. The Commanders involved were send to the penal squad and ordered to charge as the First Wave for Operation: Highlander Charge. High Commander Cabaray had personally ordered them, or else they would end up Court Martialed. But this was not the end of the grievance. Rebel TAK forces were sighted with a clear objective. Kill Commander Cabaray for his dealings with the O-12 and not staying "true" to the Ariadnans.

But Cabaray's forces can lay an ambush like no other. Grunts and Uxia blocked the approach of the Veteran Kazak Haris and Frontovik Link. The middle Tech Coffin that had some Intel inside, was surrounded by Mines and chasseurs. If the TAK force wanted to get close, they had to clean the area first. And then the AEC would pounce with wolves and "Dikke Gertje".

The TAK dealt with the Grunt and Uxia, but had to face some stiff resistance of Irmandinhos and Highlanders along their path. This costed them valuable time to get closer to the Tech Coffin.

And The AEC took their sweet time. One Chasseur had taken it on himself to put extra mines down, while the Ratnik "Dikke Gertje" moved closer. What the TAK had cleaned up, they had to go through a second time after the smoke cleared.

So they cleaned up the mines again, dealt with the warbands and moved closer. But this time, the Veteran kazak Haris was jumped by the Antipodes. They just had no answer for it as the team was thrown to the wolves.

Meanwhile "Dikke Gertje" reached his position and took control of the Tech Coffin.

Only one Frontovik remained, who was surrounded by Wolves.

Oleg took out the Spetsnaz, confused he had to fire upon him. He got drunk last night and was swept up by the "True Ariadnans". Eventually it was all a misunderstanding.

But not before he put his barrel up "Dikke Gertje"s ear and blows him to kingdom come! The flames of the Chasseur knocks out Oleg.

The 112, under de cover of smoke, rushes in to try and heal "Dikke Gertje" but he fails to reach the man inside with his fire axe.

Most of the link team of snipers is shot down by the AEC and the cannot get any closer to Cabaray's men. The Coup d'etat is averted! But to the loss of many brave Ariadnans. The ones responsible will be brought before a court martial.

To the most honored High Commission of the O-12

Operation Highlander Charge will soon come to an end. In this endeavor we have secured a number of Intel Packages on the true nature of Shasworth Financial, Darkstar and the Haq Islam involvement with the two. I hope the AEC has been of value to the O-12 in stopping the Alien Incursion into the Human Edge. We shall stay vigilant at the Asteroid until the O-12 relieves us of our duties here on Novy Bangkok.

I hope this will convince you all that I might be a resource for the O-12 in the coming future. My Deputization papers have been send and are up for review. As a veteran and High Commander in four campaigns, I think I can bring the experience needed for your organisation. I will resign from HQ, because I think young and ambitious Commanders can fill my seat. It is time for me to move on. And I think the O-12 would be a bold new challenge for me.
