-Defending the Pit-
Why is O-12 that near of the Jiyuan Operations HUB? Pherhaps we will never know.
Why those Yu Jing forces were placed in that position? Yanjing will never tell.
But there is some evidence about the clash of two forces trying to accomplish their mission. A bunch of lethal soldiers ready for action!
Deployment.
Yu Jing: in the right flank I placed a large part of my troops. A Riu Shi, a Monstruker next to it, two Shaolin Monks, a Krakot, on the roof o a building there were a Haidao Sniper, a Yinseng and a Daoying Hacker Lt. In the middle there were two Kuang Shi an the Celestial Guard smoke gl. And finally in the left two Kuang Shi, a Mowang and a Yao Zao. Out the DZ in the right there was a camouflaged Guilang FO, and in the left a camouflaged Zencha smg. My Classified Objective was Telemetry.
O-12: I don’t remember exactly but for sure my friend placed an elite group inside the bridge: a Epsilon hmg, Beta Trooper spitfire and a Gangbuster madtraps. Ensuring the flancks there were two Kitta remotes, two Varangian Guard, a Team Sirius red fury, a Warcore and a Fuzzbot. Finally well hidden a Alpha Unit Lt, a Monstruker, a Ciberghost hdp, aand Lambda doctor. Perhaps I forgot something. His Classified Objective was Extreme Prejudice.
Turn 1- O-12:
Styx began to cancel his impetuous orders, because the Haidao had a good view of the road. So the plan was to use the Team Sirius and hunt the Haidao. He could manage to move closer, and using the Sirius repeater he placed a White Noise hacking. The Haidao was unable to watch the enemy but a shaolin could throw a smoke grenade. Then he tried to hack the Haidao and after some tries he could hit with a Goth’cha hacking. The next step was shoot and paralyze the Haidao with the riotstopper, and move forward to hunt my right flank. Unfortunately the Sirius could kill the monstruker and the Riu Shi, but losing his remote in the way, and it was almost hunted by a Kuan Shi. Finally he moved some troops to control his nearest zones and droped a dropbear with his monstruker.
Turn 1- Yu Jing:
A Shaoiln Monk charged and kills the Sirius guy, and with the way cleared my impetuous troops could advance. Then my Guilang uses Forward Observer and mark the disconnected Sirius remote and take my Classified. Then the Mowang advance to control the zone, the Zencha moved also but it wasn’t enough to take Styx zone. With my last orders I tried to move and threat his DZ with The Shaolin.
Turn 2- O-12:
The Varangian Guards moved forward and hunted the Shaolin Monks, But one of them was killed by the Zencha and its d.e.p.. Styx launched a Delta unit near the Mowang, the firefight was brutal but finally he couldn’t kill the armored guy. Before he spend the last orders he moved the Epsilon and killed the Krakot, also he tried to kill the Mowang, but the Mowang could resist thank to its NWI. Finally the last Varangian moved and execute a Shaoiln to take his Classified.
Turn 2- Yu Jing:
The time passed to fast for us!! The store where we play was almost closing, so we make an agreement to finish it with this turn. I only moved a Kuan Shi to take control again of my zone where the Epsilon toke cover. And it finished with a Draw.

Conclusion. That was close. With many of my troops off, the Zencha and the Mowang were unable to resist much more, losing the Riu Shi and the Monstruker was a hard hit. Also The Krakot was unable to kill something, I should to place it in the first group and perhaps I could manage a alpha strike with it. Also I forgot to include a Yaozao for the Monstruker, perhaps with this little boy it could survive and recover the Riu Shi and the Haidao.
Well. I hope you enjoyed!!

Plenty of text and nice images. I would suggest pairing some of the text to appropriate images in terms of what we are seeing, but that is just my personal preference 🙂

Sad about the draw, but on the bright side it wasn’t a loss 🙂

Well done with the report, it’s a shame that the store was closing and you had to cut the game short!
