Asteroid Blues

The expeditionary force heads into the asteroid to test the PanO spaceport defences and pave the way for the invasion.

The Vird stationed there were well embedded, taking up a corner stronghold position.

The combined forces attacked, with Taighas surging recklessly forward into hail of fire from the fish like men appearing from their hiding spots.

The Gwailos datatracker followed closely behind the Taighas charge. Hitting multiple targets… Which all somehow shrugged off his heavy rocket hits. Even with a forward emplaced speculo deploying mines and coordinated strikes, it took the entire order pool to take down the kameu sniper and Angus. The Speculo got jammered in return.

Second turn things began to turn and the shaavastii force continued to apply pressure, breaking down the PanO forces man by fish.
The enemy began their turn in loss of Leuitenant and struggled to push back, but a revived Angus did take out the revealed Speculo.
Turn 3 the Speculo however automedkitted and began mop up duty of the backline.

Another crack in the wall. Glorious Victory to the enlightened ones seedbrothers!
