Mentor Gofnar shriveled as Charontid gazed upon him. He's an old Shasvastii, but EI's own aspect got horror beyond reasons - he quickly responded.
- My liege, Our forces were ready. Those so-called 'Invincibles' would be our prey, still.. we missed something crucial.
Charontid spoke nothing.
- The fields, it was crawling with asteroid remnants.. It took away our victory!
"You had to think carefully, Mentor. Losing a speculo killer is crucial, and you know it."
Charontid smirked. Gofnar groaned.
- So I sent out Caliban, Ee'zeem, to take care of rest hoomans..
"You were afraid, mentor."
- Yes, my liege, our kin - we are like fruits from one branch, its like..
"Keep up the report, mentor."
Gofnar continued, although he admitted they lost chances for dominating quadrants.
"Your mission was to sweep the area, seeding the grounds with seed-embryo, mentor."
Charontid's cold voice had a feeling of anger. Mentor Gofnar knelt.
"But on your command, your precious kin were unable to crop out results."
"Spawn-embryos made some time, but you know it is not meaningful now, mentor."
Gofnar nodded - as he reported Hac Tao's killing spree.
"You should have took Gwailo-4 with your cause."
EI's feedbacks were harsh, but there were wisdom lurking inside cold words.
"You failed, you were greedy, you were emotional. EI does not accept this results. Mentor."
Charontid hummed as EI showed its anger.
"Yet your main force remains, return to your parasite ship - and involve into penance action until our call. This will be your punishment, as your kin will never see the daylight once again. Mentor."
Gofnar left the room, gritting his teeth, remembering fallen kin of Shasvastii. One day, The humans will pay bloody price for their lost kin and spawn-embryos.
some last minute EI love is incoming!
