Asteroid Blues

Salem Aleikum, honorable members of the HHC.

We have successfully returned into our own territorys and remand the spoils of our last mission into the carefull hands of our most capable specialist to extract all the informations we could get from the tech-coffins. Meanwhile members of the Hassasin Bahram are planning to return to the Main-Strip for an undercover mission, to investigate who was the second power that was involved in this affair. I assume that they will report to as soon as possible.

But at the moment that should not be of concern for me, because there are more dangerous actions taking place. As you surely know we have send an diplomatic delegation into the Xaraks Battery Field to negotiat with their ariadnan counterparts. But it seems that business in the human sphere is getting rougher every single day. The Ariadnan Deligation confronts us with intolerable demands and we are sure that the influence of the Hexahedron and the O12 is behind that.

The joint venture of these three powers clearly is the attempt of PanOceania to isolate Ariadna from us and our Nomad allies and to bind them into the fangs of PanO itself. The conference was interrupted several times and intelligence officers report that the ariadnan diplomats had several contacs with the PanOceanian diplomatic corps during this breaks. After the fourth break of the negotiations the ariadnan delegations was accompaniand by USAR Forces and our delegation has to withdrawl immediately.

As soon as we get the message that our delegation was threatened, i personally led the necessary countermeasures. But it seems like, this whole “incident” was planned very carefully. Every attempt from our Daylami troops to infiltrate the enemy lines was prevented and answered with an swift counterstrike of an motorized troop, that dismounted and kills two of our Daylami right away. Fortunately she was stopped by one of our fearsome Lasiq Hassasin. Allah is truly mercyfull to grand us such a skilled warrior.

We believed that parts of the ariadnan delegations are PanO spies as a matter of fact and so we command our Tuareg Doctor to catch one of the enemy diplomats that were still in the area, anesthetize him and extract an genetic-sample, so we can find out who he really was. Mukthar Daoud Idu Kahluf covers this coup and was even able to eliminate one of the US Grunts that was threatened our Fiday, that was able to impersonate and infiltrate the enemy lines.

But his luck does not last very long, for US airborne veteran Van Zant enters the battlefield from behind and was able to caught Idu Khaluf off guard and managed to wound him deadly. One of the shots pierced his throat and destroyes his cube. His quest for knowledge is now over, but he will never be forgotten. And he was revenged very quickly.
Officially we denied any contacts with the irregular troops of the Ghazi Muttawhia, so i can´t make any suggestions what happened next, but the moment i opened fire on Van Zant he was so confused an disordered that i guess that some of his nervecells are…jammed.

While this actions takes place on the right flank of the battlefield our Hawwa Hacking Unit was able to hack and extract all informations and datas we need from a second ariadnan diplomat and he was even able to blow up a reservoir and escaped unidentified.

Even Daouds tragic death in duty can´t bury the fact that this mission was a big success. We have chased away the USAR forces, rescued our diplomats and even stole vital informations from Ariadna.

At the moment we try to evaluate the extracted data, but so far i have a suspicion that the incident in the Main-Strip and the sudden escalation of this diplomatic conference are linked in some way.

Inshallah we will solve this puzzle as soon as possible.
